Full-Stack Developer (Replit) – Build & Launch Micro Apps Fast

We’re looking for a highly capable full-stack developer who can rapidly build and ship high-quality micro apps using Replit and modern AI-assisted development tools. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys moving fast, turning ideas into production-ready products, and taking ownership from concept to deployment. What You’ll Be Building You’ll work on a variety of small SaaS products, internal tools, AI utilities, mobile apps, and web applications. Most projects are greenfield and should go from idea to production in days, not months. Responsibilities * Build full-stack web and mobile applications using Replit * Develop responsive, polished frontends * Build scalable backend APIs and databases * Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) when needed * Deploy applications to production servers * Publish apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store * Set up domains, SSL, authentication, payments, analytics, and monitoring * Debug, maintain, and continuously improve existing apps Requirements * Strong full-stack development experience * Hands-on experience with Replit * Excellent frontend skills (React/Next.js or similar) * Strong backend experience (Node.js, Python, or equivalent) * Experience with PostgreSQL/Supabase or similar databases * Experience deploying applications (Docker, Vercel, AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) * Experience publishing mobile apps to both iOS and Android app stores * Comfortable integrating third-party APIs * Strong English communication skills * Able to work independently with minimal supervision Nice to Have * Experience with AI-assisted coding workflows * Experience building AI products * UI/UX design sense * Experience with Firebase, Supabase, Clerk, Stripe, and authentication systems * DevOps experience What We’re Looking For * Fast execution over perfection * Strong problem-solving skills * High attention to detail * Product-minded, not just a coder * Someone who takes ownership and can deliver end-to-end
