Full stack developer with technical writing skills

We are looking for someone with full stack development knowledge to help us provide written responses for government based RFP’s. These are RFPs, are tech for Software. We would usually use a technical writer, but that would be insufficient because the person writing needs to have development background to be able to understand the needs of the potential clients. This person would be going over Bids that we’re working on and providing their technical input someone who could also price the Bids out for us would also be great. This job involves quite a bit of reading. The bids are built by other people on our team and we just need technical input. If you’re interested, please let us know. This would be a long-term job as we submit Bids monthly. Once a job is one any developers in our group would have first pick on any position that the project entails. Thank you
