Full Stack to Join 6 person team - Fintech + AI SAAS

We're a fintech SaaS with six engineers and a groomed backlog moving faster than we can close it. Hiring one senior full-stack dev to embed with the team and ship tickets. Stack: React/Next.js · TypeScript · Node (NestJS) · Postgres/Prisma · Redis · AWS · Docker · GitHub Actions (swap for your actual stack — be specific, it filters hard) What you'll do Pull from an existing prioritized backlog: features, bugs, refactors, across the stack Own tickets end to end — schema → API → UI → tests → deploy Work in our conventions: trunk-based, small PRs, same-day review turnaround Requirements 5+ yrs production full-stack, TypeScript on both ends Claude Code as a daily driver, not autocomplete. Expect to discuss how you scope tasks, manage context windows, run parallel sessions, and verify output before it reaches a PR You review agent output like a junior's — nothing lands unread Fintech fundamentals: double-entry ledgers, idempotency, reconciliation, webhook reliability, audit trails, PCI/SOC 2 constraints Tests are part of the ticket, not a follow-up Productive in an unfamiliar codebase with minimal hand-holding Nice to have: Stripe/Plaid/Adyen, event-driven architecture, multi-tenant data isolation, OTel/Datadog/Sentry Process Paid trial: 2–3 real tickets from our backlog, ~10 hours, paid at your rate.
