GiveWP + PayPal Donation Counter Fix

I need an experienced WordPress / GiveWP developer to fix an urgent donation tracking issue immediately. I am hiring within the next hour and need someone who can start right away and diagnose and resolve the problem quickly. Payments are successfully reaching the PayPal account, but GiveWP is NOT properly counting the donations toward the fundraising campaign. I have personally made TWO separate $1 test donations. Both $1 payments successfully reached the PayPal account. However: The fundraising amount did NOT increase. The fundraising progress counter did NOT update. The donations are not being properly reflected toward the campaign goal. The fundraising counter MUST automatically update every time someone successfully donates. For example: If someone donates $100, the campaign's "Amount Raised" must automatically increase by $100 and the fundraising progress percentage/bar must update accordingly. This must happen automatically after a successful payment. WHAT I NEED YOU TO CHECK AND FIX Audit the current GiveWP configuration. Determine why successful PayPal payments are not being counted by GiveWP. Check whether the current PayPal payment flow is bypassing GiveWP. Check whether successful PayPal transactions are being created as donation records inside GiveWP. Verify that successful donations are receiving the correct status, such as Completed. Verify that every donation is associated with the correct GiveWP campaign/fundraiser. Fix the fundraiser's Amount Raised counter. Fix the fundraising progress bar/percentage. Make sure the fundraiser counter automatically updates after EVERY successful donation. Check the GiveWP PayPal gateway configuration. Check PayPal API/webhook/IPN communication if applicable. Check GiveWP webhooks and REST API functionality. Check WordPress cron or background processing if it affects payment completion. Check for caching issues that could prevent the updated fundraising total from appearing. Check for plugin conflicts, JavaScript errors, AJAX errors, database issues, or Elementor display issues. Determine why my two existing $1 test donations reached PayPal but were not counted toward the fundraiser. Correctly add/reconcile those existing test donations in GiveWP if appropriate WITHOUT charging PayPal again and WITHOUT creating duplicate transactions. Test the complete process after the repair. REQUIRED FINAL TEST The job is NOT complete simply because PayPal accepts a payment. I need you to demonstrate that the complete process works: Donor submits donation → PayPal successfully receives payment → GiveWP receives the transaction → Donation appears inside GiveWP → Donation status is correct → Donation is associated with the correct campaign → Amount Raised automatically increases → Fundraising progress percentage/bar automatically updates This entire process must work automatically. IMPORTANT Do NOT: Hard-code the fundraising amount. Manually change the fundraiser counter as the solution. Install a fake counter. Simply modify the displayed number. Rebuild the website. Change the website design unnecessarily. Create duplicate PayPal transactions. I need the underlying GiveWP/PayPal integration repaired correctly.
