Grok Bot Automation Specialist

We’re seeking an automation specialist to help automate customer support for our ecommerce brand using Grok bot. This is a long-term project for an 8-figure business, with a focus on repetitive testing and private notes before we feel confident launching live. The ideal freelancer will be comfortable refining workflows, improving reliability, and supporting ongoing optimization over time.
