Junior full-stack developer — Data Match IQ (React + Node)

We are McGrath. Data Match IQ is an internal tool so staff can upload a property list (CSV/Excel), map columns, check Australian addresses, match rows to Agentbox contacts, and export a call list. There is a working clickable frontend (mock data, no backend yet). This is a junior full-stack role to help take that prototype to a finished v1, with close support from our lead engineer and a product manager. The PRD and product are flexible. You will not be expected to design the system alone. You will help build, inside our existing pnpm monorepo: - File upload and column mapping (required: External record ID, Suburb, State, Postcode) - Australian address checks and simple issue-fixing in the UI - Read-only matching against Agentbox contacts, with a confidence score and reason (no writing back to Agentbox) - A background match job with a progress screen - Results: search, filters, export matched / export all - Stick to the existing UI. No redesign. Done means a staff member can upload a file, map fields, resolve obvious issues, run matching, and download a CSV, with the lead engineer reviewing the Agentbox and job-queue pieces with you. Stack (we will help you in the repo) - React + Vite, Node, TypeScript, Express, PostgreSQL - Follow patterns already in the codebase Hours: 40 per week, 2–3 weeks.
