Knowledge Base Setup for WordPress

Knowledge Base Setup for WordPress Hi! I'm looking for a specialist to create a knowledge base section on my WordPress site. Our support team answers the same questions over and over, and I'd like customers to find answers on their own. What needs to be done: Choose and install a suitable knowledge base plugin Organize articles into clear categories and subcategories Add a search bar that finds articles quickly Create a clean article layout with table of contents for long posts Add helpful/not helpful voting buttons at the end of each article Style everything to match the rest of the site It would be great if you could include the following in your proposal: Your experience building knowledge bases on WordPress Estimated timeline and cost I'll provide all necessary access rights and the content for the first batch of articles. If you have ideas for making the knowledge base more useful, I'd be happy to discuss them with you.
