Laravel Website Offline and Archive

I need an experienced Laravel/DigitalOcean developer to take a live production website fully offline and create a complete, verified local archive, so it can be relaunched later using a detailed playbook I provide. This is a documentation, backup, and verification job, not a rebuild. Precision matters. Stack Laravel on a DigitalOcean Droplet, Cloudflare (DNS, possibly proxy/WAF/caching), MySQL or Postgres database, file/media storage (possibly DO Spaces/S3), email via SMTP with SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and possibly paid plugins with license keys. Scope of work Get familiar with the live setup Document everything before changing anything: Droplet specs, Cloudflare DNS export, firewall rules, SSL settings Full database backup, plus all files, media, and uploads Document all environment variables and credentials, including the Laravel APP_KEY (must be preserved, not regenerated) Document email/DNS deliverability settings and any license keys Take the site offline in a controlled way Verify the backup is actually restorable, not just copied Fill in a provided step by step playbook as you go What I provide Access to DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, and other relevant accounts, plus a structured playbook document to complete. What I'm looking for Proven Laravel/DigitalOcean/Cloudflare experience, someone who documents thoroughly and verifies their own work, clear written communication, available to start within a 7 days. Deliverables A verified local archive (code, database, media, config, credentials), the completed playbook, and written confirmation the backup was tested and restorable.
