Looking for a full-stack (or strong backend + frontend integration) developer for a precious metals tokenization demo on EVM. Where things stand The web UI is mostly built in Next.js (landing, login, dashboard views). Auth and dashboard numbers still run mostly on mock / client state. Express + MongoDB is scaffolded but not fully connected. Login and live data paths need to work end to end. What you will do (Step 1 / foundation) - Connect MongoDB and finish the Express API layer the UI already expects - Fix JWT auth so login is real (prefer httpOnly cookie JWT aligned with the frontend) - Replace mock dashboard / portfolio data with live API responses - Persist the basics (user, balances/activity as designed in the existing code) - Add sensible auth guards on protected routes - Light cleanup: broken auth helpers, env/DB connection, obvious security issues in the auth path before we open the repo wider Stack Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Zustand (frontend) Node.js, Express, MongoDB, JWT (backend) What this is not (yet) This post is Step 1 only: make the demo real on web2 (UI ↔ API ↔ DB). Wallet connect, Solidity, and on-chain work come after the foundation is solid. If you also know wagmi/ethers/Solidity, say so; we may expand scope later. Engagement Fully remote. Hourly contract.
