MERN Stack Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong MERN Stack expertise to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, scaling, maintaining, and optimizing modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will be responsible for developing both frontend and backend applications, designing RESTful APIs, working with databases, integrating third-party services, and delivering clean, scalable, and production-ready code. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Design and optimize MongoDB databases, including schemas, indexes, aggregation pipelines, and queries. Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, RBAC, or similar technologies. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, cloud services, and external platforms. Build reusable React components and maintain clean frontend architecture. Manage application state using technologies such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or React Query. Write clean, maintainable, modular, and reusable code following modern development practices. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Debug and resolve frontend, backend, API, database, and production issues. Write and maintain unit, integration, and API tests. Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab using proper branching, pull-request, and code-review workflows. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and product teams. Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, code reviews, and deployment processes. Deploy and maintain applications using cloud and DevOps technologies where required.
