Odoo 18 Custom Development – Long-Term Rental, Portal, Pricing and Monthly Invoicing

We are looking for an experienced Odoo 18 developer to implement a long-term coffee machine rental process in our existing Odoo Enterprise environment. The project is focused only on the rental workflow. Standard Odoo functionality should be used wherever possible, with custom development limited to the required business logic. The scope includes: long-term rental products and agreements; assignment of physical machines and serial numbers; integration with Client Equipment; long-term rental application form; machine-specific coffee quantity and rental pricing tables; monthly coffee quantity selection; kilogram reserve calculation; customer portal functionality; monthly delivery preparation; automatic draft invoice generation; invoice review before sending; rental documents and reminders; testing and documentation. The solution must be traceable, upgrade-safe and integrated with Odoo Sales, Inventory, Invoicing, Website, Portal and Sign. The selected developer must first review the existing modules and confirm the technical architecture before starting implementation. Required experience Odoo 17 or 18 development; Python and Odoo ORM; XML and QWeb; website forms and portal development; Sales, Inventory and Invoicing; scheduled actions and automated tests; access rights and record rules; Git and Odoo.sh. Experience with rental, subscription or recurring invoicing processes is preferred.
