# Odoo 19 Enterprise Manufacturing (MRP) — Implementation Specialist **Budget: $400 USD — Fixed Price** **Project Type: Remote / One-Time Project** **Potential for Ongoing Work** ## Project Description We are a small Canadian manufacturing company looking for an experienced Odoo 19 Enterprise specialist to take over and build our manufacturing ERP system using our existing documentation, Excel files and partially completed Odoo configuration. We have already spent considerable time documenting our manufacturing processes and configuring parts of Odoo. However, we need someone with the technical expertise to bring everything together into a functional, efficient and reliable system. **We are not looking for a consultation or an assessment report. We are looking for someone who can do the actual implementation work.** The selected freelancer will be provided with our existing Excel-based manufacturing programs, product information, process documentation and access to our current Odoo configuration. They will be expected to understand the information, evaluate what has already been completed, reuse what is correct, improve what needs improvement and build the remaining functionality. We are open to restructuring or rebuilding parts of the configuration if a better approach is recommended. ## Scope of Work ### 1. Existing System and Data - Review our existing Odoo 19 Enterprise configuration. - Use our existing Excel work-order programs and manufacturing documents as the basis for implementation. - Preserve and improve completed configuration where appropriate. - Correct any configuration issues. - Import and organize existing product and manufacturing information. ### 2. Manufacturing Implementation Build and configure the manufacturing environment, including: - Product and raw-material management - Bills of Materials (BoMs) - Multi-stage manufacturing processes - Work centres and manufacturing operations - Work orders and production tracking - Material consumption - Finished goods inventory - Production scheduling - Manufacturing costing ### 3. Inventory and Production Automation Implement practical workflows for: - Raw-material inventory - Work-in-progress inventory - Finished product inventory - Scrap and reusable materials - Production quantities based on manufacturing capacity - Material requirements and replenishment - Production overages and inventory adjustments Where automation requires customization, the freelancer should explain the available options and implement agreed solutions within the project scope. ### 4. Sales, Purchasing and Order Fulfillment Configure an integrated process covering: - Customer sales orders - Inventory availability - Manufacturing requirements - Purchasing and replenishment - Production completion - Picking and shipping - Customer invoicing ### 5. Testing and Implementation - Build and test actual manufacturing workflows using our supplied information. - Verify inventory movements and manufacturing calculations. - Correct identified issues. - Demonstrate the completed functionality. - Provide basic documentation and instructions so we can maintain the system. ## Expected Outcome Our objective is to have an operational Odoo manufacturing system that replaces our existing Excel-based processes. We want a freelancer who can independently complete implementation tasks, solve technical problems and recommend practical improvements. **We are hiring someone to build and configure the system, not simply tell us how to do it.** ## Requirements - Proven Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) implementation experience - Experience with Odoo 19 Enterprise or recent versions - Strong understanding of Bills of Materials, work orders and inventory - Experience migrating Excel-based manufacturing processes into Odoo - Experience with manufacturing costing and production planning - Ability to work independently - Clear communication and regular progress updates ## Budget **$400 USD — Fixed Price** This is our initial implementation budget. Applicants should identify the functionality they can build within this amount and provide a separate estimate for any work that exceeds the budget. ## Confidentiality A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required before sharing proprietary manufacturing documents, business information or system access. ## How to Apply Please include: 1.
