React Native + Supabase developer - health app MVP (foundation build, milestone-based)

I'm building a mobile companion app for people on weight-management medication (GLP-1s), with a linked web dashboard for the clinics that refer them. This is a foundation build of the core product — not the full feature set. I have a clear spec, a clickable design prototype, and a defined backend architecture. I need a strong developer to build the core loop cleanly and correctly. This is health-adjacent data, so I care most about one thing: the backend must correctly separate each clinic's patients from every other clinic's, enforced at the database level. More on that below. Budget: up to £5,000, paid in milestones tied to working deliverables. Not paid upfront. The stack: Mobile app: React Native / Expo + TypeScript Backend: Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Edge Functions, Storage) — hosted in EU region AI vision: Anthropic Claude API, called from the backend (never from the client — my API key must never be exposed in the app) Web dashboard: React Scope - build these five things only: 1. Onboarding with clinic-code entry. A user enters a clinic code to link their account to that clinic, or signs up as a direct consumer with no clinic. Onboarding collects height, weight, allergies, medication, and appetite level, then calculates and stores personalised daily targets (I'll provide the formula). 2. Food photo tracking. User photographs a meal → photo goes to the backend → Claude vision returns estimated protein and fibre → user can adjust before saving → saved to their record and reflected on the dashboard. 3. Patient dashboard. Daily progress rings for protein, fibre, water against the user's stored personalised targets. Clean, calm design (I'll provide the prototype and design system). 4. AI coach. A chat interface where the user asks questions and gets responses from Claude (backend-side, system prompt provided). Must flag and escalate safety-critical messages. 5. Clinic web dashboard. Clinic staff log in and see a list of their patients only, with each patient's status and progress. Direct consumers never appear to any clinic. To apply, please: 1.
