Recruiter Needed to Build a Software Engineering Team

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who can help us source, screen, and hire qualified Software Engineers for our open positions. The ideal recruiter should have strong experience in technical recruitment and be comfortable finding software engineering talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms. What You’ll Do Source qualified Software Engineers based on our hiring requirements Search for candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, and other sourcing tools Build targeted candidate lists based on skills, experience, location, and role requirements Review and screen resumes and profiles Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification Contact candidates and explain the opportunity Manage candidate communication and follow-ups Present qualified candidates for interviews Coordinate with us throughout the hiring process Help move candidates from sourcing through interview and offer stages Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruitment records Roles We May Hire For Depending on our current hiring needs, positions may include: Software Engineer Full Stack Developer Backend Engineer Frontend Engineer .NET Developer Java Developer Python Developer React Developer Software Engineering Consultant Other technical/software engineering positions Requirements 2+ years of experience in technical/software engineering recruitment Proven experience sourcing Software Engineers Strong understanding of technical skills, technologies, and engineering roles Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms Strong Boolean search and candidate research skills Ability to identify qualified candidates rather than simply collecting profiles Strong communication and candidate engagement skills Experience with US/Canada hiring is a strong plus Ability to work independently and consistently deliver qualified candidates What We’re Looking For We want someone who can understand our requirements, identify the right talent, approach candidates professionally, and help us get qualified Software Engineers into the interview and hiring pipeline.
