Restaurant — Website & Mobile Application Development Project Project Overview I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer or development team to build a professional restaurant website and mobile application for Siwèl, a Haitian restaurant and catering business. The application must work on both Apple iOS and Android. I would prefer a cross-platform technology such as Flutter or React Native so that the system is efficient to maintain and can be expanded in the future. The goal is to create a modern digital ordering system that allows customers to discover Siwèl, view the menu, place orders, request catering, and receive updates about their orders. 1. Website The website should be modern, professional, mobile-friendly, and easy for our team to manage. Main pages: - Home - Menu - Order Online - Catering - About Siwèl - Gallery - Promotions - Contact - FAQ Website functions: - Digital menu with photos, descriptions and prices - Categories such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, etc. - Online ordering - Pickup or delivery selection - Customer account/login - Catering inquiry/request form - WhatsApp integration - Contact information - Promotions and special offers - Newsletter/customer registration - Mobile and desktop compatibility - SEO optimization - Google Maps/location integration 2. Mobile Application Develop a single cross-platform application that works on: - Apple iPhone/iPad - Android phones/tablets Customer features: - Create an account - Browse the menu - View food photos and descriptions - Customize food orders where applicable - Add items to cart - Choose pickup or delivery - Enter delivery address - Select preferred pickup/delivery time - Place orders - Make online payments - Receive order confirmation - Track order status - View previous orders - Reorder previous meals - Receive push notifications - Receive promotions and special offers - Loyalty/rewards program - Save favorite meals - Contact Siwèl through WhatsApp 3. Restaurant Admin Dashboard I need an administrative dashboard where Siwèl staff can manage the entire system. The dashboard should allow us to: - Add/edit/delete menu items - Change prices - Upload food photos - Create menu categories - Mark items as available/unavailable - Receive and manage orders - Change order status - View customer information - Manage promotions - Create discount codes - Manage loyalty/rewards - View sales reports - Manage catering requests - Manage delivery information - Send push notifications - Manage website content 4. Order Management The ordering system should have clear statuses such as: Order Received → Confirmed → Preparing → Ready → Out for Delivery → Completed For pickup orders, the customer should be notified when the order is ready. For delivery orders, the system should provide appropriate delivery status updates. 5. Payments The system should be designed to support online payments. The developer should recommend payment gateways that can realistically operate in Haiti, while keeping the system flexible enough to add other payment providers later. The system should also allow customers to select cash/payment-on-delivery if needed. 6. Delivery Customers should be able to: - Enter their delivery address - Select delivery or pickup - See the applicable delivery fee - Receive order updates The system should be designed so that a more advanced delivery-tracking system can be added later. 7. Catering Siwèl also operates as a catering business. Customers should be able to submit catering requests including: - Name - Phone number - Email - Event date - Event type - Number of guests - Preferred menu/services - Delivery location - Additional comments The restaurant should receive these requests through the admin dashboard. 8. Loyalty Program I would like the system designed to support a future loyalty program. Notifications The application should support push notifications for: - Order confirmation - Order status - Promotions - Special events - New menu items - Loyalty rewards 10. Future Expansion The system must be built with scalability in mind. The developer should not retain exclusive ownership of the code or host the application under an account that Siwèl cannot access. 12.
