Senior AI Engineer (LLM Agents, RAG & Automation)

We're an Australia-based software company building production-grade AI solutions, including AI agents, RAG systems, internal copilots, and intelligent workflow automation. We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver cutting-edge AI products for clients across multiple industries. What You'll Do Design and build multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph or similar frameworks Develop RAG pipelines over enterprise knowledge bases and internal documentation Implement long-term memory and context management for AI agents Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and automate complex business workflows Take AI solutions from prototype to production with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance Requirements 5+ years of professional Python development experience Strong production experience with FastAPI Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications used by real customers Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, vector databases, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus Engagement: Hourly, 20–40 hours per week, with the potential for a long-term collaboration. Candidates should have working hours that overlap with Australian business hours.
