Senior Developer to Build a Production MCP Server for TMS

GLCS is a managed IT, Consulting and Software firm that works exclusively with trucking and logistics companies. We are building a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that lets AI assistants such as Claude read from and, in later phases, write one or more TMS ('Transportation Management Systems')platforms. This will be a GLCS product deployed at multiple customer sites, not a one-off script. We are looking for an experienced backend developer who has shipped multiple MCP server and is comfortable working against a large, mature SQL Server schema. You do not need prior TMS experience. Our team includes people who have spent decades inside TMS products, we will provide the schema knowledge, test database, and domain guidance. You bring the MCP and integration engineering.
