Senior Full Stack Engineer / AI Developer

Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer / AI Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable web applications, AI-powered products, APIs, and cloud-based systems from concept to production. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to develop robust solutions while leveraging modern AI technologies to improve products, workflows, and business processes. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. * Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar technologies. * Develop secure and scalable backend services using Python, Node.js, FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks. * Design and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, third-party services, and microservices. * Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG systems, and intelligent automation. * Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source LLMs, and other AI platforms as required. * Build AI workflows involving prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, document processing, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). * Develop production-ready AI agents and automation workflows. * Design and optimize databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or equivalent technologies. * Implement authentication, authorization, security, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization. * Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve application reliability and scalability. * Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior developers. * Work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams. Required Skills & Experience * 5+ years of professional software development experience. * Strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development. * Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python. * Experience with React.js / Next.js and modern frontend development. * Strong backend experience with FastAPI, Django, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks. * Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and distributed systems. * Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases. * Hands-on experience developing and integrating AI/LLM-powered applications. * Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI agents. * Experience integrating third-party APIs and AI services. * Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security, and scalability. * Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to independently own projects and deliver production-ready solutions.
