Senior Interactive Motion Frontend Engineer & sligth 3D — React / Next.js / Three.js / R3F We are looking for a senior interactive motion-focused and sligth 3D frontend engineer to implement three premium frontend tabs inside our existing sports technology SaaS dashboards. The dashboards, core application structure, backend, and product direction already exist. This is not three new applications and is not a backend project. The three tabs share a common visual language and should reuse components, motion systems, and interactive 3D elements wherever possible. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for implementing high-end frontend experiences that combine: Premium React / Next.js UI Three.js / React Three Fiber Motion and animated transitions Interactive visualizations Spatial UI Camera transitions where appropriate Responsive desktop/tablet behavior Simplified mobile states Reusable frontend components Production-level polish The finished product should feel like: premium sports technology + modern SaaS + cinematic interaction while still functioning like serious production software. Important Scope These features are tabs inside existing dashboards. You are not being hired to: Rebuild our application Create separate apps Redesign the entire product Build backend systems Create database architecture Rewrite unrelated frontend architecture Our internal team is handling the backend, data, business logic, and core product systems. Your focus is: Frontend implementation + interaction + motion + selective 3D. We expect significant component reuse across the three tabs, rather than three independent builds. Technical Skills Strong experience with: Three.js React Three Fiber Drei React Next.js TypeScript Tailwind CSS WebGL optimization Git / GitHub Strong bonus experience with: GSAP Motion / Framer Motion Advanced UI animation Interactive data visualization Spatial interfaces Shaders Premium SaaS interfaces We are especially interested in developers who have built: Interactive 3D scenes inside React applications Camera transitions Animated data visualizations Maps or network visualizations High-end motion systems Production interactive dashboards React + 3D Approach We want a hybrid implementation. Standard interface elements such as: navigation text buttons cards menus side panels drawers forms controls should remain standard React UI. Three.js / R3F should be used selectively where it creates meaningful visual impact. We do not want the entire application rendered inside one giant WebGL canvas. The goal is: High-end 3D and motion integrated cleanly into a real SaaS product. Not a visual demo that only looks good in a portfolio video. Motion Direction Motion is an important part of the work. Examples may include: Overview → focused detail transitions Interactive objects moving into focus Route or network animations Contextual panels appearing based on selection Camera movement Smooth transitions between visual states Motion should feel: premium, fast, restrained, and intentional. We do not want excessive particles, long animations, or constant visual movement that makes the application difficult to use. Performance Matters You should understand how to build interactive 3D for production. Important areas include: WebGL performance GPU usage Lazy loading Asset optimization Texture/model optimization Memory cleanup Responsive 3D behavior Reduced-motion support Loading states Browser compatibility Graceful fallbacks Desktop will contain the richest interactive experience. Mobile may use simplified versions of complex desktop interactions. Existing Product You’ll be working inside an established React / Next.js codebase. You must be comfortable: Reviewing an existing component system Extending instead of rewriting Matching an existing design language Creating reusable components Working within existing layouts Following an established Git workflow Expected workflow: Feature Branch → Pull Request → Review → Revisions → Merge Do not work directly on production/main or make unrelated architectural changes.
