Senior NestJS/TypeScript Developer for Focused Architecture and Code Audit

We need a senior TypeScript/NestJS developer to perform a focused technical audit of the Phase 0 foundation for an automotive marketplace platform. This is a small, fixed-scope code-review assignment. We are not requesting development, feature implementation, redesign or a full penetration test. Current stack: * TypeScript with strict mode * pnpm monorepo * NestJS backend * React and Vite frontend * PostgreSQL and Prisma * REST API with OpenAPI/Swagger * Vitest and Playwright * Private GitHub repository * Initially developed on Replit but intended to remain portable Review scope: 1. Repository and monorepo structure 2. NestJS architecture and module organization 3. Frontend/backend separation 4. Prisma and PostgreSQL configuration 5. Environment variables and secrets handling 6. Basic API security configuration 7. Build, lint, type-check and test setup 8. Deployment portability and unnecessary Replit dependencies 9. Code maintainability and unnecessary complexity 10. Whether the foundation is suitable for beginning product development Deliverable: Provide a concise written report classifying findings as: * Critical — fix before the next development phase * Important — fix before production * Later improvement For every finding, identify the affected file, explain why it matters and recommend a correction. Please provide one final conclusion: * Safe to begin the next phase * Safe after specified corrections * Foundation requires significant restructuring The assignment does not include implementing corrections. Any code changes will be discussed and approved separately. The private GitHub repository will be shared only with the selected freelancer. Please do not request passwords, production credentials or access to unrelated accounts. Budget: $100 USD fixed price. Expected delivery: within 2–3 days after repository access.
