Senior Odoo automation BIM CONSTRUCTION TURNKEY DELIVRY

TITLE: Senior Odoo 19 BIM & Construction Team — Turnkey Delivery We are seeking a senior, immediately available team to deliver a complete, production-ready Odoo 19 solution covering land, studies, BIM coordination, works tendering and construction control. This is not a consulting, prototype or demonstration assignment. We require a fully operational turnkey solution. MAIN SCOPE - Land opportunities, feasibility, due diligence and investment decisions - Studies, permits, authorizations and technical deliverables - BIM/CDE integration, models, drawings, revisions, approvals, comments and RFIs - BOQ, tendering, bid comparison, works contracts and subcontractors - Planning, budgets, commitments, quantities and cost forecasting - Site progress, measurements, payment certificates, variations and claims - Quality, HSE, inspections, NCRs and corrective actions - Punch lists, handover, warranties, DOE/O&M documents and as-built BIM - Dashboards, workflows, notifications, audit trails and management approvals - Integrations, data migration, security, testing, training, deployment and handover The attached exhaustive RFP is mandatory and forms the complete scope baseline. TEAM REQUIREMENT We strongly prefer an established team including: - Senior Odoo 19 functional and technical architect - BIM/CDE and interoperability expert - Construction contracts and site-control specialist - Odoo developers and integration engineer - QA, security, migration and DevOps specialists TIME IS A MAJOR SELECTION CRITERION We want the shortest credible delivery schedule without reducing quality. Provide a calendar-day plan, critical path, team allocation and earliest possible start date. Unsupported or unrealistic deadlines will be rejected. Names, roles and availability of every proposed team member 4. Three comparable Odoo, BIM or construction projects 5. Proposed architecture and BIM/CDE integration approach 6. A fit-gap response identifying standard Odoo, configuration, custom development, integrations and external services 7. All assumptions, exclusions, licenses and recurring costs 8. Confirmation that the complete source code, configuration, documentation, credentials and administrative ownership will be transferred 9. Confirmation that you accept the payment condition below PAYMENT CONDITION Fixed-price contract with one single final milestone. No deposit release, interim payment, progress payment or staged payment. The final milestone may be funded in Upwork escrow as required by the platform, but 100% will be released only after the complete solution passes final acceptance, is deployed, operational, tested, documented, handed over and ready for productive use. Incomplete, demonstration-only or partially integrated work will not be accepted. Generic proposals will be rejected.
