Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to conduct technical interviews and help us identify and hire highly qualified software engineering professionals. Responsibilities: - Conduct technical interviews for software engineering candidates at various seniority levels. - Evaluate programming skills, system design, software architecture, and problem-solving abilities. - Assess backend, frontend, full-stack, database, cloud, and AI/ML expertise as relevant. - Provide objective, structured feedback and hiring recommendations. - Coordinate with our hiring team and maintain a professional candidate experience. Requirements: - 7+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Strong knowledge of programming, APIs, databases, system design, and software architecture. - Experience with technologies such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, React, or Node.js. - Excellent English communication skills. - Previous technical interviewing or hiring experience preferred.
