Simple WordPress Website with Squeeze Page

I need a simple WordPress website with a squeeze page and a thank you page. The home page should include a sign-up form connected to iContact. I already have examples of the home page design and font preferences to share with the developer. The project should be straightforward, clean, and easy to navigate.
