Social Media Marketing

Barnhill's is a full-service café, bar & grill in Flagler Beach, FL — coastal cuisine, live music, waterfront dining. We're looking for an experienced, fully remote social media manager to take complete ownership of our Facebook and Instagram presence. This is a great fit for someone based in the Philippines or working similar hours — our team will send you raw content, and you turn it into what actually gets posted. What you'll be doing: Creating and posting content across Facebook and Instagram — photos, reels, stories Editing raw photo/video that our team sends you into finished, polished content (you will not be shooting content on-site — this is 100% remote) Building and running paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) Actively engaging with comments, DMs, and reviews — not just posting and walking away Keeping our Google Business Profile optimized and up to date What we need from an applicant: Real experience managing social media for a restaurant, hospitality, or local business (not just general social media experience) A portfolio or past client examples we can actually look at Comfort running paid ad campaigns, not just organic posting Strong editing skills — you'll be turning phone-shot raw footage into content that looks professional Comfortable working async with a US-based team (Eastern Time) — we don't need live overlap for most of the work, but should be reachable for occasional check-ins Structure: Ad spend is budgeted and paid separately from your management fee — we'll set that budget together We're looking for a clear proposed content cadence (e.g., X posts/week, X reels/month) as part of your application, not just "regular content" Monthly reporting expected — tied to real numbers (engagement, reach, and ideally reservations/foot traffic), not just vanity metrics To apply, please include: 2–3 examples of past restaurant/hospitality social media work Any results you can share from past clients (follower growth, engagement, booking increases, etc.) Your proposed posting/content schedule and monthly rate Your general working hours / time zone availability
