Website security specialist

We are looking for a specialist in website security we are finishing our website mostly in react.js, Laravel(php) and some Python. I would like this specialist to make sure our security is good and give us insight on what we should improve if improvement are to be made. I want to make sure our database is secured properly. If possible I would like this person to also test speed and stability.
