Website Upgrade and Server Migration

I need help upgrading my website and moving it from another host to my own server without disrupting Microsoft Outlook email service. The work should include a smooth transfer, maintaining website functionality, and ongoing management of the site. This is for a small law firm, so reliability and minimal downtime are important. Please share experience with similar migrations and website maintenance.
