WordPress Dev Needed To Update PHP Version

I need to update my wordpress website's PHP version to the latest version, but it breaks the site when I try to upgrade My host (Hostinger) said that one of my plugins is breaking our website when I update the PHP version: "Our specialist checked the error on thingstodocayman.net and confirmed the site is breaking because an older OptimizePress plugin is not compatible with the PHP version you upgraded to."
