Build a small AI-powered project enquiry form for my freelance website

Budget: $300–500 fixed price Timeline: Approximately one week I’m starting a freelance development business and want a small web app that helps potential clients turn a rough idea into a clear project enquiry. Rather than a chatbot, I’d like a straightforward form with an AI-assisted review step. The user flow 1. A visitor enters their name, email and a description of what they need. Budget and timeline are optional. 2. They click “Help clarify my request.” 3. The app uses the OpenAI API to generate a short project summary and up to three clarification questions tailored to their description. 4. The visitor answers any questions they want to, reviews the enquiry and submits it. 5. I receive an email containing their original description, answers and the AI-generated summary. Visitors should also be able to submit their original enquiry without using the AI step. Technical scope - Next.js and TypeScript preferred - A clean, responsive interface; no elaborate design needed - Server-side OpenAI integration, with API keys kept out of the browser - Server-side email delivery through Resend or a similar service - Basic input validation, request limits and spam protection - Loading, success and error states, including a usable fallback if the AI request fails The AI should help clarify the request—not invent requirements, quote prices or promise delivery dates. Visitor text should be treated as untrusted input. What’s not included No user accounts, payments, file uploads, database, admin dashboard or ongoing chat. This is a standalone page initially; integrating it into a larger website is outside this project. Deliverables - Working app and source code in a Git repository - Deployment to my Vercel account - Short setup instructions covering environment variables and external services - A brief handover showing how to change the form fields and AI prompt I’ll provide the service accounts, credentials, recipient email address and final page copy.
