Cloudflare Management for Bot Prevention

I need someone to manage Cloudflare for 2 websites hosted in the UK to stop bot traffic. The Cloudflare account is in place but might need upgrading. The ideal candidate will have experience in web security and bot management, ensuring the websites are protected effectively. There will be a set up activity and then regular monitoring will be needed on going. The websites are in zencart and get about 300 visitors each per day but at present we can get millions of bot attacks. The websites both use Adwords se we need to ensure that the Cloudflare does not stop these working like the attack mode often does. At present the cloudflare account is the free one but I am happy to upgrade as needed. The sites are 99% UK so happy to have additional restrictions outside the UK but do not want to have any extra screens for users in the UK. The Cloudflare experts would need to work with my developer remotely and the Hosting company,
