Conversion & Lead Generation Specialist for Mental Health Private Practice

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified EMDR therapist with a virtual private practice serving adults throughout California: www.amorpropiotherapy.com We’re looking to increase qualified private-pay consultation requests and are looking for someone experienced in improving websites and lead-generation funnels for therapists or mental health practices. We currently receive very little website traffic, and we’re preparing to try Google Ads to get more traffic, so we want to make sure the website is positioned to convert visitors into booked appointments. What I need help with 1. Audit our current website and booking funnel: www.amorpropiotherapy.com 2. Identify the biggest conversion opportunities Improve messaging, CTAs, service pages, and user experience 3. Recommend which pages/landing pages we should prioritize 4. Review the consultation booking process and identify friction This is not primarily a website design project. I’m looking for someone who understands conversion and lead generation and can connect website improvements to actual consultation bookings.
