CS-Cart add-on developer needed — search integration add-on (marketplace-ready)

We run a hosted search service (REST API, fully built and documented by our in-house team). We need an experienced CS-Cart developer to build a thin add-on that connects CS-Cart stores to our API. All heavy logic lives on our servers, the add-on only syncs data and renders results, just like searchanise.io. *What you'll build* - A standard CS-Cart add-on (scheme 4.0, PSR-4, no core file edits) with its own search results page and admin settings panel - Catalog sync: export products/categories to our API (initial full export + updates on product save via hooks + a cron worker) Storefront JS (vanilla, lightweight) that attaches to the theme's existing search box and renders API results + autocomplete - Graceful fallback: if our API is unreachable, the store's native search keeps working Basic theming so the widget fits any theme (scoped CSS, inherits theme fonts/colors) Package the add-on and publish it on the CS-Cart Marketplace (including the Upgrade Center update flow) *Must have* - Proven CS-Cart add-on development experience (please link add-ons you've built or published) - Solid PHP, Smarty, MySQL, and vanilla JS - Experience integrating third-party REST APIs - Experience with CS-Cart Marketplace submission is a strong plus *We provide* - Complete API documentation, a staging API environment, and fast answers from our backend team - A clear technical specification - you won't be guessing
