Developer needed: community platform with members, events and subscriptions (MVP)

I am looking for an experienced developer to build the first version of an English-language community website for people aged 35 and over. The goal is to help members meet new people and join activities together. Required features - Member profiles with photo, age, town and interests - Activity calendar with per activity: maximum number of participants, age range, location and audience (mixed, women only or men only) - Sign up, cancel and an automatic waiting list - Members can propose activities; an admin approves them - Messaging between participants - Simple admin dashboard - Free trial period followed by a paid monthly subscription - Mobile first and fully responsive - Structure that can expand to other regions later Design direction: cheerful Mediterranean colours and a small palm tree logo. A designer may provide the visual direction. Requirements - Proven experience building community or membership platforms - Experience with recurring payments (for example Stripe) - All accounts, code and data must be owned by the client from day one - Clear communication and documentation In your proposal, please include 1.
