DevOps / CI/CD Engineer – GitHub Actions, AI Code Review & Release Quality for Robotics Company

The Mobile Robot Company is looking for an experienced DevOps / CI/CD Engineer to take ownership of our software build, test, code-review, and release processes for our J1600 self-driving pallet jack. Responsibilities * Own and improve our GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines * Ensure every pull request and commit is automatically built and tested * Implement automated unit, integration, regression, and system testing * Build and integrate automated AI-powered code review into our pull-request workflow * Use AI to generate and continuously improve test scripts designed to identify bugs, edge cases, and regressions * Use AI to analyze code changes and identify areas where additional testing is required * Configure branch protections, quality gates, and release workflows * Act as the technical gatekeeper for pull requests: review CI and AI-review results, approve PRs that are ready to merge, and provide clear feedback when they are not * Improve reliability, reproducibility, test coverage, and traceability of software releases * Work closely with developers to continuously improve software quality and development practices Relevant Experience We are looking for strong experience with: * GitHub & GitHub Actions * CI/CD architecture * Automated testing and regression testing * AI-assisted software development, code review, and testing * Docker * Linux * Git branching, pull requests, and release management Experience with C++, Python, ROS 2, ARM64/embedded Linux, robotics, or AI coding agents/tools is a strong advantage. We want someone who is comfortable taking ownership and authority over software release quality — not simply maintaining CI scripts. A key part of the role will be finding practical ways to use modern AI tools to increase test coverage, catch regressions earlier, improve code review, and prevent bugs from reaching production.
