Our software stack supports clinical trial data, patient portals, and connected device ecosystems. We are growing and need a strong engineering leader to own the software function. What You Will Do Lead and organize the software engineering team day to day Ensure all systems and processes maintain full HIPAA compliance and proper PHI data handling Run Agile Sprint cycles, manage backlogs, and keep the team shipping Collaborate directly with the CEO and hardware engineering on product development Own software architecture decisions and code quality standards What We Require Proven experience in HIPAA compliant software environments and PHI data management Strong command of Agile and Sprint methodologies Experience managing and organizing engineering teams Ability to communicate clearly in English with US based leadership Based in India Engagement Details Type: Long term contract Hours: Full time Monthly Rate: $1,500 USD Location: Remote, India
