Fix Outlook Email setup and Delivery Issue.

My Outlook desktop client refuses to send or receive mail reliably and throws frequent error messages whenever I try. The account is tied to Microsoft 365, so it should behave like an Exchange mailbox, yet messages fail and experience consistent undeliverability problems...
