Front-End Developer – Build Website from Existing Design + Integrate Existing Intake

Front-End Website Developer – $500 Fixed Price I am looking for a front-end web developer to build the customer-facing website for Site Line Visuals, a construction visualization, 3D modeling and VR walkthrough company. Budget: $500 USD fixed price. IMPORTANT: We are NOT starting from scratch and I do NOT need a new backend. I already have: * Website design/mockups showing the look I want * Logo, branding, colors and overall design direction * Existing domain and Google Site * Existing customer intake system * Existing backend and Google Drive workflow * Existing automations * A backend developer and project coordinator who will communicate directly with you regarding integration WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO Build the professional front-end website based closely on the mockups I provide. The website needs to be responsive and work properly on desktop, tablet and mobile. The website will present our primary services, including: * 3D Models * VR Walkthroughs * Drone Scanning * Thermal Inspections * Site Analysis * Realtor / Existing Home Services * Our Process / How It Works * Examples * Resources * Contact The site will include professional navigation/drop-down menus, images/video, service sections, calls-to-action and START YOUR PROJECT / GET STARTED buttons. EXISTING INTAKE INTEGRATION Our customer intake and backend already exist. Do not rebuild them. I want the existing intake integrated into the new website so that when a customer clicks START YOUR PROJECT / GET STARTED, they can complete the intake as part of the Site Line Visuals website experience. After hiring, you will communicate directly with our existing backend developer and project coordinator to determine the proper technical method for connecting the existing system. Your $500 fixed-price proposal must include the reasonable technical coordination necessary to connect the agreed front end to our existing intake system. BEFORE ACCEPTING THE JOB I will provide the website mockups so you can see exactly what I am trying to accomplish. Please review them carefully before agreeing to the project. If there is anything shown or described that you cannot complete within the $500 fixed price, tell me BEFORE accepting the contract. I do not want unexpected charges later for normal integration details discovered when you speak with my existing developer.
