Full-Stack AI Engineer — AI Agent Platform

We are building an AI assistant platform centered around realtime voice, agentic task execution, and external tool/API integrations. We have a working MVP and are looking for an experienced engineer to help take it from development to a **stable, production-ready product**. ## What You'll Work On * OpenAI Realtime voice integration * WebRTC and realtime audio * Voice calling and telephony integrations * AI tool/function calling * Agent and background task execution * React / TypeScript frontend * Node.js backend services * PostgreSQL and Redis * Third-party API integrations * Debugging, testing, latency, and reliability * Production deployment and launch readiness ## What We're Looking For Strong experience with: * Node.js and React/TypeScript * LLM / AI API development * Realtime systems, WebSockets, or WebRTC * Production debugging and testing * API integrations Experience with **OpenAI Realtime, voice AI, SIP/telephony, RAG, or agentic systems** is a major plus. The architecture and product already exist. We need someone who can quickly understand an existing codebase, identify problems, finish integrations, and help make the entire MVP reliable enough for real users. We actively use AI development tools such as Codex and expect engineers to be comfortable working with AI-assisted development.
