Full-Stack Developer for Sales Verification Platform

We are enhancing a platform that verifies sales professionals' career achievements. We need an experienced full-stack developer to review our existing codebase, built with Claude Code, and improve the verification workflow. The goal is to create a reliable MVP for real user testing. Familiarity with Claude Code is a plus. The Core Workflow The main feature we need to get working end-to-end is: Salesperson submits an achievement → enters manager details → manager receives a secure verification request → manager verifies/rejects the achievement → verification is recorded → salesperson's profile displays the verified achievement. For example: Salesperson submits: "Achieved 118% of annual quota at Company X – 2025" They provide their manager's details. The manager receives an email containing a secure verification link. The manager can review the claim and select: Verify Reject Unable to verify Once verified, the salesperson's profile should display that achievement as Manager Verified. What We Need From You We need someone who can: Review and understand our existing codebase Identify what needs to be fixed or completed Build/complete the end-to-end verification workflow Implement secure unique verification links/tokens Implement transactional email delivery Ensure verification requests have appropriate security/expiry controls Store verification status and audit information correctly Connect the verification result to the user's profile Implement basic error handling Test the complete workflow Help deploy a stable version that we can give to early users Recommend improvements where the existing Claude-generated code isn't production-ready We are prioritising functionality, security and reliability over perfect design. The goal is to get Verifyd into the hands of our first users so we can validate the product. Important This is an existing codebase, not a greenfield build. We want the developer to first audit what has already been created before recommending major rebuilds. We are particularly interested in developers who have experience taking AI-generated / vibe-coded applications and making them production-ready. Experience with authentication, transactional emails, SaaS applications, secure token-based workflows and database design would be particularly valuable.
