Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to oversee technical development across our platforms, working closely with our Platform Manager, AI Business Developer, and AI Development Team. Your first priority will be developing and launching our internal dashboard, integrating the data and intelligence generated by our AI Development Team. You will serve as our primary and sole full-stack developer, responsible for building new features, maintaining our platforms, and ensuring successful integration of AI-powered capabilities. Key Responsibilities Dashboard Development (Immediate Priority): Design, develop, test, and launch our internal dashboard, including the frontend, backend, and data integrations. AI Team Collaboration: Work hands-on with our AI Development Team to establish technical requirements, coordinate integrations, and ensure AI-generated data flows correctly into our dashboards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with our Platform Manager and AI Business Developer to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions. Platform Development: Lead ongoing development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements across ReferMe and ReferMe Marketplace. System Integration: Develop and maintain APIs, database connections, and backend services supporting our platforms and AI-powered functionality. Technical Ownership: Manage code repositories, deployments, testing, system performance, and technical documentation. Communication: Provide consistent progress updates, proactively identify challenges, and meet agreed-upon development milestones.
