Full Stack Engineer (AI Native)

We're hiring a full stack engineer to join our team building a digital marketing tool for our community of marketers. We want to pay well, work fast, and make a beautiful product. We already have a strong base of paying users and a built product. Now we're looking for more talent to help us finish the roadmap and create something amazing. What we're building An AI creative strategist for Meta ads. It writes ad copy in a brand's trained voice and renders static ad creative across ~50 formats. Marketers use it on real ad accounts every day and pay us for it. What I want Someone who works fast. - Remote. I don't care where you live as long as you're good. - Your experience doesn't matter as long as you work hard, work fast, and are willing to be responsible for building things end to end. - Obsessive about AI tools. You use Claude Code or Cursor daily and you review what comes out. How we work My goal is to make this the simplest, most productive environment you've worked in. - Set your own hours. - Meet the deadlines and deliverables. - Work with our team. Small, direct, no layers. - Be willing to work hard. Lots of freedom, lots of work. We're building something significant. How it starts A short paid trial project first, a few days of real work from the roadmap. If it's a fit, we go long-term. Contract to start, full-time possible.
