Full-Stack Web Developer (Next.js, React, Node.js & MongoDB) for Custom Web App

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to architect, build, and deploy a modern, high-performance web application and responsive frontend from scratch. The ideal candidate takes complete ownership from database design to UI polish and hits 95+ Lighthouse performance scores out of the box. Core Deliverables: Frontend: Build a responsive, mobile-first interface using Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS based on our wireframes/Figma designs. Backend & Database: Develop secure RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js backed by MongoDB (including form validation, JWT authentication, and role-based access). Admin Dashboard: Create a clean internal portal to manage user submissions, status queues, and core site content. Deployment & SEO: Configure technical on-page SEO, Core Web Vitals optimization, and CI/CD deployment to Vercel/AWS.
