Geospatial Python Developer for Wildfire Detection MVP

Hello, I am looking for a freelance developer to build a first MVP of a geospatial prospecting tool for companies working in residential wildfire prevention (for example roof sprinklers, water tanks, fire hose systems, etc.). Project goal The idea is to help these companies identify potential customers after wildfire events. The MVP should allow a user to: define an area of operation, search wildfire events within that area and within a selected date range, apply a configurable radius/buffer around each fire, retrieve nearby buildings and, if possible, postal addresses, export a usable prospect list in CSV/Excel. Data sources For the MVP, I am considering: NASA FIRMS / VIIRS NOAA-20 EFFIS Burnt Area if relevant and easy to integrate OpenStreetMap for buildings possibly an address source if simple and reliable Expected MVP output At minimum, I want: a working local prototype simple input parameters: latitude / longitude or area search radius date range target buffer around detected fires a results table CSV / Excel export ideally a simple map visualization Preferred technical approach I am open to your recommendation, but I currently think a Python-based MVP would be best, for example with: Python GeoPandas / Shapely / Pandas simple local UI if relevant (for example Streamlit) no need for a full SaaS at this stage What I need from you Could you please send me: your recommended technical approach for this MVP, whether you have experience with geospatial / GIS / wildfire / spatial analysis projects, an estimated timeline, an estimated budget / quote, examples of similar projects if available. Important I am not a developer, so I need something practical and easy to use. For this first phase, I prefer a simple MVP over a complex platform. If the MVP works well, there may be a second phase for: a simple web interface, map-based visualization, letter generation / lead qualification features.
