# Senior GoHighLevel CRM Engineer | High-Volume MCA Lead Import & Automation Specialist ## About Priority Capital Group Priority Capital Group is a rapidly growing Merchant Cash Advance brokerage building a technology-first sales operation. Our mission is to create scalable systems that allow our funding specialists to focus on selling while our CRM handles the heavy lifting. We are looking for a long-term technical partner who can build, optimize, and maintain the operational backbone of our business. **This is NOT a virtual assistant or data entry position.** We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel CRM engineer who understands automation, CRM architecture, lead management, systems integration, and high-volume data operations. ## About the Project Our lead vendors typically deliver: * An Excel or CSV file containing merchant information * A separate ZIP file or Google Drive folder containing the supporting documents for every merchant Each merchant package generally includes: * A signed merchant application (PDF) * The last four months of business bank statements (PDF) Our objective is to import these lead purchases into GoHighLevel while ensuring every merchant's documents are correctly matched and attached to the appropriate contact or opportunity. When our brokers receive a batch of leads, everything should already be organized and ready to work. ## What We Need Our operation is built around volume. We routinely purchase lead batches containing hundreds of merchants and are building a system capable of efficiently processing thousands of records at a time. We are **not** looking for someone who manually uploads documents one contact at a time. If your process relies on individually attaching PDFs to every record, this is not the right project. We need someone capable of building a scalable process that can: * Import large Excel or CSV lead files * Match every merchant with the correct application and bank statements * Attach documents to the proper contact or opportunity * Handle large lead purchases quickly and accurately * Be repeated every time we purchase new data GoHighLevel does not natively support importing contacts while automatically attaching multiple PDF documents to each record. We're looking for someone who knows how to overcome those limitations using APIs, custom integrations, automation platforms, scripting, or other scalable solutions. ## Responsibilities * Import high-volume MCA lead purchases into GoHighLevel * Clean, scrub, and standardize lead data * Remove duplicate contacts * Map custom fields accurately * Match and attach merchant applications to the correct contact * Match and attach business bank statements to the correct contact * Organize pipelines, tags, opportunities, and workflows * Build scalable import processes for recurring lead purchases * Improve CRM organization and operational efficiency * Recommend better systems and automation as we continue to grow ## Dialer & Broker Workflow Our CRM must also be configured so our brokers can immediately begin working leads. This includes: * Integrating our dialer with GoHighLevel * Configuring click-to-dial functionality * Configuring one-to-one SMS messaging for every broker * Ensuring imported leads are immediately callable * Organizing opportunities so brokers can efficiently review documents, make calls, and send personalized SMS messages Our goal is simple: A broker should open a contact, review the merchant application and bank statements, click the phone number to call, and send a one-to-one text message without leaving the CRM. ## Required Qualifications * Advanced GoHighLevel experience * Extensive CRM implementation experience * Experience importing large datasets * Experience with CRM migrations * Expert-level Excel and CSV management * Lead scrubbing and data cleansing experience * API integration experience * Experience with Make.com, Zapier, webhooks, or similar automation platforms * Experience integrating dialers with CRMs * Experience configuring click-to-dial systems * Experience implementing one-to-one SMS workflows * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ## Preferred Qualifications * Merchant Cash Advance industry experience * Experience handling merchant applications and business bank statements * Experience building scalable CRM systems * Experience managing high-volume sales operations * Experience designing automation for document management ## Communication Requirements Excellent communication is essential. Requirements include: * Fluent English (written and spoken) * Comfortable communicating over Zoom or Google Meet * Professional communication skills * Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours * Able to clearly explain technical solutions and recommend improvements ## What Success Looks Like When a vendor sends us: * One Excel or CSV file * One ZIP file or Google Drive folder containing hundreds or thousands of merchant packages Your system should: * Import every merchant correctly * Match every application to the correct merchant * Match every bank statement to the correct merchant * Eliminate duplicate records * Populate all required custom fields * Organize contacts into the proper pipeline * Prepare every lead for immediate outreach * Integrate seamlessly with our dialer for click-to-dial and one-to-one SMS * Be repeatable and scalable for every future lead purchase Our funding specialists should never have to organize files, upload documents, or clean data. Their only responsibility should be reviewing the file and contacting the merchant. ## Long-Term Opportunity This is not a one-time project.
