I need a Instagram and hashtag data expert

I need someone to pull reels & posts from Instagram using the official API. Ideally, I want to get all posts under a specific hashtag, but I know they give videos & posts randomly so it is OK to get 1/2, 1/3 of available data or even less than that. For example, #ltkootd hashtag has over 50k of posts & reels. I'd need at least 1/10 of it. I will have a bunch of hashtags. Speed is also important, I'd need at least 10k unique posts & reels per hour (post_ids, usernames would be enough). I don't need a script, I will probably ask you to pull 10-20 hashtags every week with specific fee. I am open to your other suggestions if you have. Thanks
