Lead Full Stack Engineer – SaaS MVP

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to help us build our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from zero to one. You will be working directly with the founders to turn our core concepts into a live, scalable web application. The Role As our lead engineer for this project, you will own the technical lifecycle of our first product iteration. We need someone who can make smart foundational architecture decisions, build robust backend systems, craft intuitive frontends, and ship rapidly. You will be a core technical partner in executing this build, balancing speed-to-market with clean, scalable code. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end development of our initial SaaS offering. Design database schemas, build secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and implement reliable user authentication. Develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces that prioritize a seamless user experience. Set up lightweight cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Vercel) and automated pipelines for rapid deployment. Collaborate with us to ruthlessly prioritize features and iterate based on our roadmap. What You Bring Experience: 3+ years of full-stack development, with a proven track record of shipping zero-to-one products or working on early-stage SaaS MVPs. Frontend: Deep expertise in modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js. Backend: Strong proficiency in backend environments such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails. Data: Hands-on experience with database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB). Mindset: You are highly pragmatic.
