Lead full-stack engineer | Web3

I'm looking for a lead full-stack engineer with solid web3 experience to take ownership of the product across the frontend, backend, and blockchain layers. I need someone who can make technical decisions, build core features, and move comfortably across the stack. You should be strong with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, databases, and web3 integrations, with hands-on experience connecting applications to smart contracts and blockchain networks. Experience building a real DeFi, DEX, trading, or protocol product would be a strong advantage. When applying, share a web3 product you've personally built and briefly explain what you owned. I'm looking for someone who can lead technically and still stay hands-on with the code.
