Leather-goods pattern maker / technical designer — luxury pet accessories (patterns + tech packs)

I'm the founder of ECLANI, a small quiet-luxury pet accessories brand launching in the US. I'm looking for an experienced leather-goods pattern maker to turn already-documented designs into production-ready patterns and technical drawings. The first collection is four pieces in full-grain vegetable-tanned leather with solid brass hardware: Dog collar (three widths) Leash (two lengths) Dog harness (small breeds) Cat harness (shaped single-piece chest plate) The design direction, materials, construction details, and target measurements are already fully specified — you would not be designing from scratch. Your job is the pattern making: turning the specs into precise, gradable, production-ready patterns and tech packs a workshop can cut from. Important: these are original ECLANI designs, not adaptations of existing products. All patterns and drawings you develop will be owned by ECLANI (work-for-hire, full IP transfer on delivery). WHAT I'LL PROVIDE: complete technical specs, measurements, reference material, and material descriptions. WHAT TO DELIVER: production-ready pattern files + technical drawings/tech packs per piece, in a format a leather workshop can work from.
