Looking for an experienced developer for a custom Raspberry Pi-based media and programming system.

I’m looking for an experienced developer for a custom Raspberry Pi-based media and programming system. I’m working on a larger project called GGN (GameDay Garage Network). The first phase is to build the technical foundation for a system that will eventually become a fully automated sports entertainment network. For Phase 1, I need a developer who can work with Raspberry Pi 5, Python/software development, video playback, playlists, scheduling, media libraries, automation, backend/database integration, APIs, and system recovery. The Raspberry Pi should be able to automatically boot, launch the system, manage and play authorized local media, follow scheduled programming, handle playlists and transitions, recover from errors/restart when necessary, and communicate with the backend/admin system. I also want the architecture designed properly so that future phases can add things such as user accounts, dashboards, mobile applications, statistics, trivia, leaderboards, achievements, APIs and other automation without having to rebuild the foundation. I wants the system to be as hands-off as possible, should not have to manually maintain or repair the system. I already have detailed project documentation and programming requirements that I can share with you. Before moving forward, I’d like to know: - Have you built Raspberry Pi media players, digital signage systems, kiosks, broadcast/media automation systems, or similar projects? - What technology stack would you recommend for this? - Can you build the system from scratch based on the requirements? - Can you provide examples of similar work? - How quickly could you realistically complete the first working version? - What would your estimated cost be? I’m looking for someone who can actually handle the development, testing and deployment, not just provide advice or a basic script.
