Looking for webscraper

Hi there, I am looking for an experienced web scraper that can get anything, knows their way to efficiently grab all needed data. Always trying the cheapest methods to bypass captchas and security, but if it really does not work out, Dedicated Proxies or Residential Proxies. I prefer to pay per job instead of hourly. Also you should be able to transform or clean big datasets so that the deliverables are what we need them to be. We will scrape a lot of different e-commerce websites that have different backends, think of Woocommerce, Shopify but also very specific custom ecommerce sites. Looking forward to hear from you.
