We are looking for participants in Spain to join a Mystery Shopping project. The purpose of this project is to evaluate the overall customer experience by interacting with an online financial service as a regular customer. Your feedback will help us better understand the customer journey, assess the quality of the experience, and identify opportunities for improvement. We are looking for reliable participants who can carefully follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and provide honest feedback based on their experience. Previous mystery shopping experience is welcome but not required. This is a paid project with milestone-based payments and the possibility of participating in similar assignments in the future.
